Banana Tart by Jennie


Pagiii, Ny. Banana 1 & 2
akhirnya kesampean juga ikut week2an stlh soes week terlewat.
Krn banyak sisa whipped cream sisa bikin cheesecake, buka2 resep nemu deh resep ini.
Individual Banana Tarts Pastry
75 gr butter
175 plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp water
Filling
2 firm bananas
1 tsp lemon juice
150 ml double cream
6oz apricot jam to glaze
Pastry
Place the butter and flour into a bowl and rub to form a breadcrumb like mixture.
Stir in the sugar. Beat together the egg yolk and water and add to flour to form a stiff dough.
Lightly knead and chill for 1/2 hour. Roll out pastry and using a 7.5cm flutted cutter.
press into tartlets tins and bake until golden brown.
Filling
Slice the bananas and sprinkles with the lemon juice. whisk the cream and fill the pastry cases. Lay the sliced banana in a circle to cover the cream. Melt the apricot jam in a small saucepan and pour over tartlet pastry cases, making sure all the bananas are glazed. served cold.
Bikinnya gampang tapi rasanya enak hehe. Manisnya cream+pisang dipadu sm asemnya jus lemon dan selai apricot.mohon dikomentari ya fotonya soalnya baru belajar nih hehe.
