Extra Moist Banana Cake by Sisca

Ikutan ya.....
Aku tertarik bikin pakai resep ini karena judulnya ada kata2 'Extra Moist', maklum aku penggemar cake moist.Setelah dicoba, memang bener2 extra moist... hmmm....apalagi mendung2 gini dinikmati sama teh hangat...

Extra Moist Banana Cake

3 large ripe bananas (the riper the better)
6 tbsp. butter (I think about 120g)
1 cup(s) sugar (aku pakai 3/4 cup udah manis)
1.5 cup(s) flour
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream the butter and sugar together until nice and fluffy. I tend to soften the butter a bit first. Beat the egg into the butter and sugar, then slowly add the flour.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the mix.
Dissolve the baking soda in the milk, and add to the cake batter.
Grease a medium cake tin (about 20cm diameter) and pour in cake mix.
Bake at medium heat (150 degrees C) for about 45 mins or until a deep golden brown

This cake is so moist and rich I don't tend to ice it all usually, but if wanted for a special occasion, a lemon or cream-cheese icing is nice as a contrast
